Terms

By using Unsaid you agree not to send threats, harassment, hate, sexual content involving minors, private information about others, or spam. You must be 18 or older.

Private replies. An eligible creator may offer a text reply or a pre-recorded voice message. The available tier, price, and creator appear before checkout. A text reply is written around the confession using one of three response styles the creator prepared; it may be generated with AI. We aim to deliver it within seven days after payment is confirmed. If we cannot deliver it by then, we start a full refund. A voice tier unlocks a recording the creator made before the purchase; it is not an individual recording made for the buyer. The buyer's email and payment details are never shown to the creator.

Buyers must be 18 or older, enter the same valid email twice, and accept these Terms before checkout. The email receives a private link to the reply. Keep that link private; anyone with it can open the reply. Stripe processes payments. Unsaid keeps a platform fee from each sale. A refund may take additional time to appear on the original payment method. Payment disputes and legally required refunds remain available.

Earlier gifts. Gift payments made before private replies were introduced retain the terms shown at their original checkout. They are not converted into reply purchases. New gifts are unavailable.

Messages from our team. The Unsaid team may occasionally send messages through the service.

Messages may be removed and access blocked for abuse. The service is provided as is. Unsaid is independent and not affiliated with X Corp.
